A loving and undogmatic religious family that overcomes the challenges of everyday life in a down-to-earth way: Miša, Alžběta and Eliáš, three teenage siblings, in their own way, all move towards adulthood and away from the bond of family - first jobs, first dates, driver's licenses. Mother Romana and father Palko follow these developments, notice that they themselves are getting older and suddenly are able to announce the biggest news of all: mother is pregnant again.
Far from the big issues of world politics and foregoing dramatic escalations, Martin Pavol Repka's film focuses on that which is close to home and delves deep into a family cosmos representative of many families and yet unique in its own way - with its sibling rivalries and loyalties, rituals of faith and deep mutual bonds. Each family member seeks their own path and yet they are inseparably connected. Every modification has an impact on the whole, and in the slow-paced narrative rhythm even the smallest of changes are noticeable. A family film in the truest sense of the word.
