Stadthalle

The blue festival letters in front of the main entrance already give a hint: During the festival week, the Stadthalle is not only one of the venues, it also forms the festival center. Visitors will find the festival management, the guest service, the press office and the information booth here. The ticket office of the Cottbus service is also located in the Stadthalle.

Traditionally, the award ceremony also takes place in the Stadthalle.

The hall of the Stadthalle becomes a cinema during the festival period. Films are shown here every day, on Sunday traditionally the premiere of the fairy tale film.

In the heart of the city between the historic and modern urban core lies for almost 35 years the largest event hall in Brandenburg. Reconstructed and modernized in 2001, the Great Hall offers space for up to 2,000 people and provides the most modern equipment and acoustics. Every year more than 200,000 visitors enjoy different events from concerts to musicals.
