What begins as a father-son togetherness between settler romance and natural mystical beauty soon develops into a dramatic fight for survival between the physical and psychological remains of civilization. Once the left their father's cocoon, Marko and Momo, as his friend is called, are defenseless against the dangers of the real world. Director Vardan Torzija had big plans for his second feature film, skillfully staging his dystopian visions on both sides of “Brazil”, “Terminator” and “The Dead Don’t Die”. In doing so, he explores his Corona-influenced generation’s attitude towards life. The two protagonists discover their world with a mixture of fear and curiosity, because everything here is life-threatening. Nevertheless, they want to get far away from this 'last frontier', out of the shady comfort zone, which the father selflessly defends with the muzzle, but also leaves no room to breathe. And then there is the desire to meet the missing mother again: hope dies last, but she dies. So in this way, one of the most breathtaking Eastern European fantasy dramas ends where it began: in loneliness. Dystopian fantasy apocalyptic drama with impressive production values.
