Trailer
Rafael ends up in a monastery full of dissidents and former prisoners, where the main focus is on one thing: Kung Fu! And Rafael's motives are also far from spiritual enlightenment. He is looking for the secrets of "Black Metal Kung Fu“. He already enters the monastic life rather rebelliously than devout, marked by personal rivalries in a slap stick kind of style – including a food fight with raw dumplings. By the time he falls in love, the world of this monastery is finally turned upside down. Black Sabbath meets Gregorian chants, cult meets kitsch and ridiculous sound effects mix with surrealistic sound collages to create an unforgettable film experience. Rainer Sarnet brilliantly manages to find balance between action, comedy and romantic drama with a potpourri of monastery nostalgia, kung fu and culture clash. THE INVISIBLE FIGHT is colorful and, above all, an unprecedented mix of styles full of divine jokes.
