Strong Coffee isn't so bad
After several years without any contact Łukasz resolves to visit his father on the family farm. Unresolved conflicts quickly come to the fore between these two stubborn characters, and it takes a mysterious disappearance and the old man's new girlfriend to calm the tension. Aleksander Pietrzak presents a cautionary tale on emotional suppression amongst males. Rather than moralising, MOCNA KAWA WCALE NIE JEST TAKA ZŁA confronts its central conflict with a poignant visual and audio language and subtle blend of dramaturgical styles.
