“My name is Emilia Dumitrescu. I'm the only survivor of the accident”. After a long working life as a factory worker Emilia, having retired early, now leads a lonely and monotonous life in her flat. She thinks a lot, living her life as she does according to the same, recurrent daily routine.

A story about fate and responsibility, about forgetting and forgiving. How can an individual digest a profound shock and carry on? The film unfurls a broad spiritual landscape that the viewer will find it hard to escape from.

George Chiper - born 1979 in Focşani, Romania. Initially studied philosophy in Bucharest before switching to film studies. Graduated in 2008 from The National University of Drama and Film.
