Mihkel Ulk - born 1983 in Viljandi, Estonia. In 2006, he graduated in Film Studies from Tallinn University and in 2010 in Film Directing from the Baltic Film and Media School. He has directed commercials, short films, documentaries and several TV programmes for Estonian Public Broadcasting. NULLPUNKT is his debut feature film.
