During the day NATO pamphlets rain down from the sky, whilst at night the western alliance bombs Belgrade. Well-known actress Ana is to serve as a human shield in the service of Serbian propaganda, technician Sloba maintains his stoic stance whilst his younger colleague Bojan remains carefree as ever. An authentic directional debut – filmed in Serbo-Sroatian – full of psychological nuance from Dutch director Marinus Groothof. JT

Marinus Groothof - born 1979 in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. He studied cinematography at the Dutch Film Academy and graduated in 2004. Meanwhile he started to write and direct short films, which were awarded internationally among other with the NBC Universal Shocking Shorts Award and the Kodak NPP Development Award.
