In line with a long-standing tradition, the festival´s trailer has been produced for years now by a team of students from the Film University Babelsberg “Konrad Wolf”; in 2015, it´s Sophie Linnenbaum´s turn. Conceptually-speaking the trailer ties in with this year´s focus “Eastern Europe by cities”, which features films on urban development, juxtaposition and concomitance of religion and politics, the development and oppression of social groups, racism and tolerance; and reveal similarities between East and West considerably.
