To date the director has made a name for himself with his intense documentaries, and it is equally this sense of intensity and authenticity that marks this four-part feature film. Here Vojtek also doesn't shy from close proximity to his protagonists; parents and children of various age-groups, who are confronted and often overwhelmed by the challenges of everyday existence. A thought-provoking work, first and foremost due to the fact that it approaches its subject-matter in such a laid-back, genuine fashion that the film, and thus the viewer never strays far from a sense of real life.
