Zorica is the first girl in her village to be born without a moustache. “Black Zorica” is persecuted by the village locals, since anyone who falls in love with her dies soon after confessing so, beginning with her first love at nursery school who mysteriously drowned in a river. Having been recently transferred from the city, policeman Mane feels up to the job. A star-studded kitschy, dark fantasy-comedy, consciously shot in the style of a B movie, about superstition, preconceptions and mutual distrust in provincial Serbia.
