Trailer
Olena hopes to have laid the foundation for a happier existence, in which boyfriend Dima is to be offered an escape from his struggles with drug addiction. These hopes are soon dealt a blow however, as the couple's passports are stolen. The search for the missing documents takes them to a rusty railway bridge, where smalltalk with the policeman tasked with accompanying the couple would appear to finally provide Olena with an opportunity to take a breather.
This atmospheric road movie, with its slow takes that allow the viewer to take in the protagonists emotions, has proven one of the most successful short films to come from the Gdynia Film School to date, even making it to Cannes' short film programme. JG
