It's Christmas time and the snow is incessant. Olga lives and works on a small urban car park, where the cars appear as a series of white mounds; In the midst thereof she struggles to keep a gangway free. Sometimes she sweeps the snow from the children's car, on other occasions she rouses Joel from his sleep in one of the cars, where he attempts to sleep off a hangover, only for Olga to give him a footbath and a dressing-down. A tower of strength, from her little ticket booth she spares no effort in her attempts to remain human in an unloving city.
