On a popular square in Russia a fledgling policeman tries his hand at collecting bribes. Nearby a masked youth provocatively challenges passers-by: “Don't worry, be happy”. A more experienced policeman joins him and immediately cracks down: “Every kind of sales message needs to be authorised!”. Thus begins a power struggle, which quickly ends up in fisticuffs. Suddenly the policeman is emotionally disarmed, as the struggle for freedom of opinion turns out to be a conflict between generations, with the younger seemingly asking when the incumbent are finally going to make way.
