Cansu Baydar - Cansu Baydar is an Istanbul-based filmmaker.
Baydar studied film at Bahçeşehir University. She has spent many years working as an assistant to directors and producers in the film industry. Her first short film, Neredeyse Kesinlikle Yanlış, was selected for its premiere at the 81st La Biennale Venice International Film Festival, in the official Orizzonti Short Films Competition. She focuses on exploring themes of identity, memory, boundaries, and borders in her work.
