Trailer
Cemal, a lonely hearse driver, crosses the vastness of Turkey in a shabby van to secretly bring the body of a murdered girl, Zeynep, back to her family. But suddenly he hears a rumbling in the trunk and finds the resurrected Zeynep, an undead creature between vampire and zombie – and falls in love with her. Together they embark on a bloody path of revenge, with Zeynep always having to be fed. Orçun Behram stages a virtuoso horror symphony that uses brutal allegories to turn everything from gender roles to value systems in Turkish society upside down and ultimately takes revenge on it with relish.
