Andrey Stempkovsky’s debut film OBRATNOYE DVIZHENIE (Reverse Motion (2010) impressed with a complex moral choice for the character, something that is continued in Raznoschik. The film focuses on a young man, Alexei, who lives with his sick father on the outskirts of Moscow. There is no hope of making a living here, so he travels to Moscow to deliver pizzas. One day Alexei finds a note ordering him to commit a murder, offering as reward a sum of money that would allow him to pay for his father’s treatment. He has to make a choice whether to “deliver” this order or not.
