The Websters Movie
The Webster spider family - that's Lili, her brother Hugo, their parents and grandparents - live in a spider web in the corner of an elevator's machine room. But their world is much bigger than the family spider web. As Lili tries to get closer to the human girl and her dragon, she experiences an educational story or two along the way. For example, feeding the flies at her best friend Emma's fly farm almost ends in chaos because Lili would rather play hide and seek. When Lili searches for fireflies on the web, she falls for the trick of a boy from the neighborhood. The moth-fishing trip also ends differently than planned. With a lot of love for detail, stories from everyday life are told here that show parallels to the human world. The animated world is cleverly combined with the real one.

Katarína Kerekesová - KATARÍNA KEREKESOVÁ
(1974, Žilina, Slovakia)
Katarína Kerekesová graduated at Academy of Performing Arts in Bratislava, Animation Department and subsequently she had continued with postgraduate studies finished in 2007. After studies she established her own company Fool Moon focused on production of animated films. She produced and directed animation musical STONES, TV series and TV special MIMI & LISA, short film of Ivana Šebestová YELLOW and actually 3D animated series THE WEBSTERS.
As a chairwoman she represents Slovak Association of Animated Film Producers and acts as the teacher at Academy of Performing Arts in Bratislava. Katarina is the member of EFA and Slovak Film and Television Academy.
