Jean-Claude and his friends move into an abandoned settlement in the Bulgarian mountains. They smoke grass, listen to music and practice organic farming financed by an EU programme for the resettlement of abandoned villages. At some point a young stranger joins these dropouts: Danny has not only escaped from the rehab facility but also knows more than he should. A hunt for the runaway begins, a dispute ensues and plans are hatched to raze the commune to the ground in this thrillingly staged thriller, set to a backdrop of spellbinding landscapes that comes complete with a sophisticated composition and Hollywood-style chases along rugged high mountain roads.
