This is a record of a movement's struggle. The attempt to halt the decline of the singer movement by means of destroying computers and internet cables didn't work out. Even the mountain and sea bards were unable to help. The last hope lies with the “dolphin bard”, who plans to cut the underwater cables. Will it all end in success? Employing a mockumentary style, the director provides an original take on the effects of new technologies on the everyday psyche of the Soviet person. An entertaining absurdity. MM
