Trailer
1945: the communist partisans are greeted enthusiastically in the village. But not everyone shares this joy. Some are afraid because people are now taking revenge on others: a neighbour's house is set on fire, another man, who betrayed the brother of the partisan leader, is to be shot. Along with his son. But the executioner shows “mercy”.
1989: a father is waiting for his flight to Berlin to see his little son Luka there. But the unexpected fall of the Berlin Wall delays the take-off for many hours. The impatience grows, but the flight leads into disaster.
2017: an old man would at last like to have certainty about the fate of his son who has not returned home from the war. A funeral would bring peace to the parents, and therefore the father is looking in different mass graves for the corpse of his child. WMH
