Nargiza Mamatkulova - – born 1980 in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan. Studied communication, majoring in radio, TV and film at the Kyrgyzstan-Turkey Manas University in Bishkek. In 2009 she took part in the Berlinale Talent Campus. In 2010 Mamatkulova's short film SOIKO (EARRINGS) was recognised as the Best Film at the Dubai International Film Festival.
