Igor Cobileanski - born in 1974 in Comrat, USSR (today Republic of Moldova). He graduated from the Bucharest Academy of Theatre and Film and worked as an actor before directing various documentaries and short films. In 2013 he presented his feature film debut LA LIMITA DE JOS A CERULUI at the FFC – and many other film festivals – and was awarded the FIPRESCI Prize for it.
