Maria Sýkorová, an intrepid reporter from the Czech news agency ČTK, sets off to the Black Lake to see with her own eyes what the divers are retrieving from the water and to find out what is really going on there. As soon as she arrives at the shore, she meets a man who denies her access and sends her back to the hotel. Maria Sýkorová, however, does not allow herself to be turned away. She hangs around and reports when another box is pulled out of the lake, from which a clear knocking can be heard. And she follows the disgruntled man on his heels as he goes to an alleged meeting with his lover. What she finds out there puts her in great danger ... CF

Adéla Babanová - born in 1980 in Prague, ČSSR (today Czech Republic). Video artist. She graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts in Prague in 2006. She mainly uses the medium of short films for her works, which have already been exhibited internationally (e.g. in Bonn, Berlin, Tallinn, Warsaw) and presented at international film festivals (e.g. in Barcelona, Karlovy Vary, Jihlhava).
