In the tram, at the train station, on the banks of the Elbe and at the kitchen table – the shape-shifter, who is typical for the works of the of Sorbian artist Maja Nagel (Homage FilmFestival Cottbus 2014), creates confusion in a seemingly peaceful, everyday monotony. The well-known duo Berlinska Dróha, whose singers eventually join the piece, sings in an old Sorbian folk song about soldiers returning back home. How far away is the war really? GL

Maja Nagel, Julius Günzel - born in 1959 in Bautzen, Germany. She studied painting and graphic arts at the Academy of Fine Arts Dresden. Since then numerous exhibitions at home and abroad. She has also realized various other projects, installations and performances. Since 1996 also films. In 2014 the FFC presented an exhibition of her film works.

- born in 1981 in Dresden, Germany. He studied the "picture" as an autodidact. And there's probably nothing he hasn't done in film yet: camera, light, sound, editing, directing, production, ... That's how he has realised a wide variety of film projects. He has been working with Maja Nagel for several years.
