A small film describing the immigration of the Chinese mitten crab, which has inhabited the rivers and lakes of Brandenburg for almost one hundred years now. In times of climate change, we’ll have to get used to such changes in native flora and fauna and the arrival of new species.

Neshe Demir - born 1978. Educated at Gmelin drama school in Munich, worked for numerous TV productions, and made her first on-screen appearance at Cottbus as the lead in PRINCESS in 2006. WOLLHAND is her directing debut.
