The Polish cartoon heroes Bolek and Lolek have been charming cinema audiences of all ages since 1964. In an episode based on Jules Vernes’ famous “Around the World in Eighty Days” the two friends embark on a global expedition. In order to win a lucrative bet, their mode of transport is historical vehicles – and hot on their heels is a rascally crook. But true fans of Bolek and Lolek know that they will rise to the challenge and have a lot of fun in the process.

Wladyslaw Nehrebecki – born 1923 in Boryslaw, died 1978. Worked as an animator, director and acting manager in the Bielsko-Biała cartoon studio, the “birthplace” of Bolek and Lolek.
