Jochen Rull is a wayward schoolboy from Bremen, conspicuous for his constant bad behaviour. Not only does he play pranks on his fellow pupils and teachers and other members of the public, he has no respect for the authority of the police. It’s his way of criticising his stuffy Bremen grammar school and society in general. He is determined to attack problems by their roots, but the world around him is not prepared for his kind of rebellion. Isolated by other pupils and the teaching staff, anti-hero Jochen ends up being the loser himself.
