In the early 1960s ancient Greek ruins are discovered by the sea in the small town of Tmurtarkani on the Azov coast. This only spurs Grandpa's interest in the question of the transmigration of his ancestors. The health resort business meanwhile takes bizarre turns: elderly tourists convalesce in mud packs whilst the younger guests hope for nothing but love. While all this is going on Ignat and Kinder, two boys from Tmurtarkani, grow into men.
A coming of age between minor arguments and first love, portrayed as a warmhearted summer's fairytale with shrill undertones.
