Sasha and Olga travel from Moscow to Crimea. The two teenagers are on the search for Olga's father, who abandoned her mother after an affair and now lives in a quaint, derelict house by the sea. Before entering the house Olga is overcome by doubt and asks her friend to swap roles. Sasha's convincing impersonation leads to further complication of the situation however, with each individual coming under self-scrutiny. In her feature film début Nigina Sayfullaeva grapples with apparent and genuine values in individual relationships as well as society as a whole.
