We are looking for a Management Assistant/Project Manager as a parental leave replacement.
We are looking for you to join our team in Cottbus - as a full-time permanent employee. Alongside the management, you will play a key role in managing the FilmFestival Cottbus (FFC) and the Jewish Film Festival Berlin and Brandenburg (JFBB). While the FFC is one of the world's leading festivals for Eastern European cinema, the JFBB is the largest forum for films with Jewish themes in Germany. Both are cultural beacons in their hometowns and have a good portion of international appeal.
You will be jointly responsible for the entire planning, organisation and implementation of both festivals with all their events. You will also be involved in the development of a suitable marketing strategy, personnel management and financing. We are looking forward to you as a committed and pleasant team player!

We are looking for support for our programme coordination
From 1 April we need you as an assistant in our film festival team in Cottbus. Our programme coordination takes care of everything necessary until the films can be screened at the festival: Contacts with directors/producers/actors, clarifying rights issues, viewing trailers etc. Here you get to see what happens behind the scenes of the film festival and are part of a highly motivated team.
