On January 22nd, the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences announced the 91st Oscars nominations.
The Polish film COLD WAR by Paweł Pawlikowski – opening film at the 28th FilmFestival Cottbus and winner of two awards (Audience Award and “From Cottbus to Cinema” – Distribution support prize for a festival film) – has the chance to win an award in three categories: Best foreign language film of the year, Achievement in cinematography, Achievement in directing.
