The public regional and municipal library C. Norwid in Cottbus' twin town Zielona Góra and the FilmFestival Cottbus have extended their long-term cooperation. The cooperation is part of the "Kozzi-Cybulski-Wilhelmi" film and theater festival that will take place from the 12th to the 16th July 2017 in Zielona Góra, Żary, Szprotawa and Wiechlice, dedicated to the work of the actors Maciej Kozłowski, Zbigniew Cybulski, Andrew Nardelli and Roman Wilhelmi. The two film festivals have agreed to advise each other on artistic ideas, to organize mutual film presentations, and also to cooperate in the field of film education.
